You will not find GCR products in every golf outlet or in mass merchant outlets. Experience has shown that mass distribution is not in the best interests of you, our customer. GCR products are available direct from the Company via a carefully selected and qualified national network of retail outlets who have been trained by us to have a thorough knowledge of each product and the associated benefits in order that they can properly recommend the best product and specification for your needs. Each retail outlet has been carefully chosen by GCR not only for location, but also for the degree of customer service offered by the retailer. There are two levels of qualified retailers, a network member or an authorised outlet, who will offer you a professional level of service that you expect and deserve. A Network Member is an outlet who will always have the complete range of GCR products in store for your viewing, and may also have facilities for custom fitting your GCR golf clubs "in house". An Authorised Outlet will have some products available, but not everything, but is still qualified to custom fit our products and order on your behalf.
